Celebrate Culture and Community with Parents of Black Knights (PBK): A Parent Group Supporting our Black Student Union

Join PBK, a vibrant parent group created to support the Black Student Union. Parents of Black Knights is more than a parent group—it's a thriving community where families come together to uplift, celebrate, and support one another. Rooted in shared experiences and cultural pride, this space is designed to empower parents as they work together to foster their students' growth and success.

Why Join?

  • Celebrate Culture: Share and honor the richness of our diverse cultural experiences, traditions, and stories.
  • Support Students: Collaborate with other parents to ensure your student has the tools, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive academically and personally.
  • Build Connections: Be part of a community that understands and values the unique journey of raising Black students.
  • Create Impact: Work together on meaningful initiatives that enrich the lives of students and families alike.

What We Offer

  • Monthly Morning Coffees: A safe space to share experiences, challenges, and strategies for success.
  • Cultural Events & Celebrations: Opportunities to showcase and celebrate Black culture and heritage.
  • Student-Centered Advocacy: A collective voice advocating for resources and support tailored to our students' needs.
This is your chance to make a difference—not just for your child but for the entire community of Black Knights families. Together, we celebrate achievements, create opportunities, and build a foundation of success and belonging.
