A mandatory Freshman Orientation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024, from 1:30 to 8:30 p.m. Freshman will check into their assigned classrooms at 1:30 p.m.  Classroom assignments will be sent out later in the summer. During orientation, the freshman will attend a teaching mass, spend time with their Moreau Mentors, meet with the counselors and the Deans, have a tour of the campus, attend an Activity Fair, and attend their first rally. Dinner and snacks will be provided throughout the orientation as well as plenty of games, music, and fun. The dress is casual (no cut off shorts or crop tops).  We look forward to welcoming the Class of 2028 to Notre Dame!
